How to not be afraid of COVID, cancer, diabetes or any other illness
Everyday, Nitzia and I go out in the hottest hours to hike and exercise. It's important for us to sweat because it's detoxifying. I've been doing this my whole life, ever since I used to haul hay on the farm back in Texas during the hot summer. Nothing makes us feel healthier than building up a good sweat.
When Nitzia and I met over 5 years ago... she was on medication for Fibromyalgia. She saw how healthy I was and went on my strict regimen of diet and exercise. Six months later, she was symptom free and off her medication and has been ever since.
Health is our priority. Where Nitzia and I live, how we eat and what we do for a living, we planned this way for lifelong optimum health.
We are not afraid of COVID... neither are we afraid of diabetes, cancer and heart disease, which harm way more people than COVID. When the government told everyone to stay inside, that was a red flag to me. Staying inside has caused more depression, laziness, immune deficiencies, alcohol abuse and weight gain in America than in all of our history. Most people that COVID effects are Vitamin D deficient. But what people don't realize is that Vitamin D deficiency also can make you vulnerable to cancer, diabetes, viruses and many other illnesses. Furthermore, if the government were really concerned about our health, then they would have banned smoking, sugar, high fructose corn syrup and margarine decades ago. I knew these were bad when I was a little kid and warned everyone, especially about margarine (fake butter). Low fat diets was the craze back in the 70's, 80's and 90's and killed hundreds of thousands before the studies finally became public of how harmful it is. This went on for more than 30 years before it came common knowledge of it's dangerous effect on health. Many people are still confused about it and are not educated how important it is to eat healthy fats that stabilize your blood sugar and protects your heart. Fat is also your most efficient form of energy.
What I'm saying is... you are the only one responsible for your health. You can listen to a professionals advice, but ultimately, no one cares more about you than you, so make good decisions.
Think of it this way... Nitzia and I go hiking where there are rattlesnakes. Do we stop hiking because of them... heck no! We're not missing out on being in perfect fitness and health and we're also not going to miss out on the wonderful joy we get from exploring God's beautiful landscapes. So COVID or any other illness is not going to stop us either because we stay prepared DAILY.
The best way to protect yourself from ANY illness is getting outdoors staying active and eating healthy.
God gave me my body and my health. I realized this as a child and became determined to never take it for granted. So, since age 9, I've been committed to eating healthy and exercising every day. I'll never forget what God put in my heart at such a young age.... "man can never beat what God created". So, in my opinion.. nature is the best, it's where I spend most of my time and all natural is what I eat. I am thankful for my relationship with God, He has never led me wrong.
